How to order

Browsing Our Store:

Feel free to browse our documents, there is no obligation to register while you are browsing the store. While browsing our store here, the menu on the left will list the different categories of documents, use this menu to navigate to the particular type of document you are interested in. For example if you are interested in purchasing some Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) click Store, then click Safe Work Method Statements, then click the state where you currently conduct business. From here the menu on the left will list the different categories of Safe Work Method Statements we offer. Click the category that best suits the SWMS you are looking for and a list of SWMS will load in the main screen.

Each SWMS in this list will show a short description, a clickable thumbnail picture of the document, the price and the add to shopping cart button. To get a closer look at the thumbnail picture of the document simply click it, and it will expand on to screen. To turn the expanded picture off click close-X on the bottom right hand corner of the picture. For more information on the actual contents of a document click the [details] link at the end of the description and it will list specific information in the main page. Click your browsers back button to return to the SWMS list.

Shopping Cart:

Once you find a document you wish to purchase click on the add to cart button and you'll be taken to the shopping cart page. This is a good place to save the documents you want to buy. Click the continue shopping link until you have selected all of the documents you need. Note the small shopping cart box on the right side of your screen giving you a summary of how many documents you have added to the cart, as well as the total price. Use the link in that box to go back to your shopping cart.

If you have added a document to your cart that you don't want anymore you can remove it by viewing the cart and then clicking the [remove] link next to the document. If you want to remove the entire list of documents in the shopping cart, click on the empty cart button.

When you have reached the point you would like to purchase the documents go to your shopping cart and click the checkout now button.

Registering As An OHSDocs Member:

If you have never purchased a document with OHSDocs you will have to register as a member to continue with the checkout procedure. Membership is free and will only take a few minutes to register. Don't worry, the documents in your shopping cart will still be saved throughout the membership process.

To register click the register link where it asks if you are a new user. Follow the steps and enter all of your details. Please note that the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Feel free to read the OHSDocs Privacy Policy which tells you about our online collection and use of data and our commitment to protecting your privacy.

Complete each required field in this form and at the end of the form you will be asked a security question. This is a simple addition of two numbers which protects OHSDocs from fake accounts. Finally click the register button, note if you have not successfully completed one of the sections of the form it will re-load and there will be red text indicating to you which field was not completed correctly. If this happens you'll have to re-enter your password and answer the security question again.

An email will be automatically sent to the email address you supplied, in this email will be a link that you have to click to finalise the membership activation process. Click on the link and the OHSDocs website will automatically load ready to go.

Logging in to OHSDocs:

Use your email address and password to log in on the right hand side of the screen. If you have forgotten your password click the forgotten password link under the login box and you'll be required to enter your email address and answer another simple security question. You will be sent an email to that address with a link that will take you to the new password page. Enter and verify your new password and click the set new password button. Unfortunately if you have forgotten your password and have to enter a new one, any documents you had in your shopping cart will be lost, so please take care to remember your password.

If you however logged in successfully then you'll be taken to the members section of the site. Here you can use the menu on the left to change/update your details, see what document downloads you have pending, change your password and logout. On the right hand side of the screen will be your shopping cart with the documents you had chosen in it. Click on the view cart link to continue the purchase process.

Completing a Purchase:

View your shopping cart, finish adding or removing any documents and its time to complete the transaction by clicking the checkout now button.

Make sure your details are correct, make any changes you require and then to continue click in the checkbox to the left of the "I confirm that my contact details are correct" statement and then click the continue with checkout button.

Next read and agree to the OHS Documents Australia Pty Ltd Terms & Conditions. By clicking the checkbox to the left of the "I agree to the terms & conditions set out above" statement, you are agreeing to, and bound by the listed Terms & Conditions. Note you cannot continue purchase without agreeing to the OHS Documents Australia Pty Ltd Terms & Conditions.

Next you will have the choice of payment options. OHSDocs offers two types of payment options for your convenience. PayPal(Credit Card) and Direct Bank Deposit(Direct Bank Transfer). The PayPal option will allow you to pay by credit card without the need to register an account with either. Please remember that at OHSDocs we value our customers so the price you see is the price you pay. We will absorb any extra fees and charges applicable to the PayPal payment systems, and the transaction process is integrated into our checkout system.

Payment By PayPal:

Click the PayPal payment button and then continue with checkout button. You will see a list of the documents that you are purchasing, to place your order click the checkbox to the left of 'Yes, I wish to purchase the above items' and then click the place order button. You will then be directed automatically to a PayPal site, if you don't have a PayPal account you can still make a one off credit card payment by clicking the 'Continue' link where it says "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available) Continue". Then, enter your credit card details and click "Review order and continue". Then, review your order and click "Pay Now". A page showing that your payment was successful will load, you can then view a printable receipt or go back to the OHSDocs website. You will be sent an invoice to your email address as well.

Once OHS Documents have received the payment (usually 1-3 working days), we can send you your documents. You'll be sent an email stating that your documents are available for download. Click the supplied link to access your downloads, if you are already logged in you will be automatically taken to the document downloads section. If not you'll be asked to log in to get to your members section. Once logged in you will be automatically taken to the document downloads section.

Payment By Direct Bank Deposit:

Click the Direct Bank Deposit button and then the Continue with checkout button. You will see a list of the documents that you are purchasing, to place your order click the checkbox to the left of 'Yes, I wish to purchase the above items' and then click the place order button. You will then be taken to the Order Confirmation Page. This page will list OHS Documents bank details, your order number (e.g. OHSDOCS-62), your details and the documents you have ordered. You will also be sent an email with the same information confirming your order. Now you need to take those bank details, log into your online banking facility or go into a branch and transfer the correct amount into our bank account.

NOTE: Please do not forget to quote your name AND the order number when making your bank deposit. The order number will look something like this, e.g. OHSDOCS-62, but with a different number.

You'll be sent an email stating that your documents are available for download. Click the supplied link to access your downloads, if you are already logged in you will be automatically taken to the document downloads section. If not you'll be asked to log in to get to your members section. Once logged in you will be automatically taken to the document downloads section.

Downloading Documents:

To download a document from the downloads section single left click the document download button and, depending on which browser you are using, you may be presented with a dialog box asking you what to do with the file. Choose the option to 'save', 'save file' or 'save as' (rather than opening the file) and save the document to a location of your choice.
